Prinsu Rack - Ordered 6/28 - Not Shipped Yet

Ordered my rack on 6/28 from prinsu - owned by CBI at this time, Estimated ship date of August 8th. No shipment yet. This is for a 4runner, black, with black crossrails. Same crossrails for the tacoma racks.

August 16 i emailed them and got a reply

So ok, waiting for light bar brackets, could have totally shipped that separately, I wouldn't have minded paying them extra 10 dollars to ship that.

Come august 30, no shipment yet, so i emailed them and got this reply

WHERE ARE MY BLACK CROSSRAILS THAT WERE IN STOCK ON AUGUST 16, BUT NOT IN STOCK ON AUGUST 30 when my light bar bracket should have been available for order shipment. Please give me a timely response.

Today marks day 1 of WEEK 11, for something that was to ship in 6 weeks, possibly 8 weeks at the time of ordering. Thank you for your consideration and lack of updates while i slowly wait this out.

 

heard this elsewhere as CBI has not had the courtesy to email me back yet.

"So currently we are out of cross bars for most of our racks, the place we get our cross bars has their machine broke down and so at this point we are at the mercy of them to get our stuff."

So lets see what happens now, considering they had crossbars for me on august 16. But they can't even get back to me yet. 3 more days till the beginning of week 12 since order placed.
