What replacement shocks/struts for a 99 Pre-Runner?

I have a 99 V6 Pre-Runner that needs new shocks and struts. This truck will mostly be used for commuting and for gravel roads. May see off roading very few times a year if anything.

What shocks/struts would you recommend for this type of driving? Monroe's?

Also, I need the screw and bolt for the little arm that is used to open and close the rear side window on this 99 extended cab.

Having a hard time finding one. Maybe if I knew what it was called, anyone know what it's called? Help lol

Bilsteins, 5100's up front, 4600's in da rear, nice smooth ride...works for me, keeps the back end from getting too stiff. Junk yard to the window part, or Ebay..here ya go...
