Help ! installing Bilstein 5100 with ome coil

    HI !

    I was installing bilstein 5100 with 880 oem coil in front my 02 tacoma and after everything done, sitting truck on tire, I've got problem

    the top of shock look like this :

    can someone have idea, is my shock is in fault, they were brand new.

    I'll take a look at mine but it looks like you're missing a bushing and washer

    Where did you order your setup from? Should have come with those bushings. Mine did anyway. Call whoever you ordered from and ask that they send them to you.

    Most Bilstein's don't come with new bushings. Your supposed to reuse your old ones or buy new.

    Have someone with a spring compressor take your old shocks apart. Reuse the washers and rubber bushings.

    When I changed my 200,000 mile stock Bilsteins & coils to 5100's w/ 3" Eibach coils. The originals were wasted. So I bought that washer / bushing kit I listed above.
