    Thanks guys, valve cover is leaky towards the rear of the motor. It was on my todo list still but was going to save that for a weekend rather than a week night. I was planning on doing those rubber gaskets as well when the valve cover comes off. Is anyone or has anyone in the past dealt with EGR overflow issues? Ive been fighting this EGR for a few years now. Taken the system apart and checked all components. Even replaced the valve 3 times. VSV seems to be functioning fine, might lead me to think its the temp sensor that kicks on the VSV. Anyone else have issues with the sensor going out?

    There was some weird vertical handle in here that only traveled in one direction. I replaced that broken old piece of junk with these dual direction handles, much more functional.

    Just drove it, wow my completely eyeballed alignment and not tightened front components made it sketchy. But it drives and I'll have it aligned tomorrow

    yeah. i found this in the middle of a 1k mile trip from louisiana to wisconsin. was in the middle of nowhere so i really couldnt fix it then. it wasnt spewing or anything the crack was just barely damp. got up here and got the denso radiator. it had bolt holes that were slightly off compared ot the factory one. next time im pulling the bumper and grill all the way would have made this job 300x faster.
