I know that they have a lot of downsides, but I am looking for the best, most durable tire that I can fit on my tacoma. This is what I had in mind (the 14-ply version), but they are not available in the USA. My current tires (procomp xtreme ats) have been rotated regularly, balanced properly, and been driven on fairly nicely and need to be replaced in the next 4-5k miles (they have 25k on them currently). Thanks for the help!

Are you going to New Zealand for tires ?

Yokohama geolander ATS for the win.

Most durable brings the Toyo m55 to mind. The tires you l8nked to are nearly 33s, but are only 215mm width and call for a 6" width wheel.

Unfortunately, I am staying in the USA. NZ is a bucket list trip though (for overlanding, surf, and snowboarding)

Unfortunately, it seems like the M55 only comes in a load range e (10-ply) for a 16" rim. Are there any tires that come in a 12+ ply for a 16" rim in the US?
