I'm looking for tough-looking running boards and was wondering who do you recommend?

They work as sliders for a while, just need to set them down easy. They do crush pretty easily.:anonymous: they are nice though and i would recommend them for even light light off road.

That's a good-looking taco I like those running boards. I was looking at these which is $355. But before I buy I want to see what else others have and recommend. I also like it's from Amazon which I'll get it in 2 days LOL

Not only look tough but are tough. It was recommended to me to make sure that the board's running along beside my strong enough so if I climb over rocks and they come down they won't Bend the bars.

I always liked the look of the hang down steps but would be worried about them getting caught on stuff.

if you plan on banging them against rocks you definatly want sliders, they bolt or weld to the frame rather than the body like running boards... much stronger
