To begin...I picked up a used 2016 Tacoma DCSB TRD OR.

Pulled the predator steps off it because I have sliders en route. The steps were mounted to the rocker panels, using 2 inch bolts....should I plug those holes somehow or just leave them open flow?

Also...Im looking at how the exhaust is....and first off it goes to hop from one side of the truck to the other (poor design planning?) and it hangs low and gets pinched flat. It doesnt look bashed or scraped....but like that OEM. That exhaust is the lowest point on the truck minus the diff. What do yall recommend?

ABC Muffler in Benicia. They do great work and are reasonably priced for the quality of work. I'll post some pictures later when I get home

Also those bolt holes have a plastic "bolt" that goes into them and keeps them covered from the factory.

I wouldn't really worry about replacing them.

Alright thanks for the plastic bolt thing...

And Id appreciate pics...Im wondering if its better to go with a URD Y pipe or just take the truck to a muffler shop.

I like that...its clean and simple...no unnessesary bends. Local shop? I was checking out URD's but man its pricey for what it comes down to.

Before you go the URD route there are pictures of it installed on there somewhere, and IMO it's better to get a local shop to do it for better clearance.

Thanks. Did you have them do just the crossover piece or the whole exhaust?
