    To mount 4 gallon rotopax to your bed rack do you need the rectangular backing plate? And do you need just one lock or do you need two?

    Even if you have only one container mounted you can still rotate it really hard and get it off.

    Can anyone tell me the distance between the two outer mounting slots on the 4 gal gas pax. from the center of the slot to the other center of the slot. thanks

    Has anyone attempted mounting on the outside of the bed. Would it be possible to put this on the bed and still be able to fold it down when needed. Would the tailgate need to be disassembled to mount the holder. I would love to put two right on the tailgate.

    I know it's an older feed but im trying to figure out the bolt size rotopax uses on there T handles. Does anyone happen to know?

    17.5" C-C.

    The threads for the T-handle are M8x1.5mm, and I think the mounting threads are either M6 or so. The female threads on the mounts for the T-handle are a wire helicoil threaded insert... Not the strongest, but don't seem to give too many issues to folks.
