Use Krylon, or Duracoat wheel paint, I like Satin finish. Clean them real good, sand them down, and put a couple coats on them.
If you have more corrosion on them they may take a little more sanding. Make sure you use a microfiber cloth to wipe them down before paint with alcohol or paint thinner. Take your time. Don't use too coarse of a sandpaper or it will take a lot of work to get the scratches out.

Some people put a clear coat on last for more protection.

Good luck...there are many threads about this here and on other forums, lots of info to help you out.

    Thanks
I actually used the VHT wheel paint. The fronts are done. They came out pretty good. Just like you said, take the time to prep.
