    Reserected from the dead.
    I'm betting you extended the telescoping drive shaft. It is now in an area that did not get completly lubed. Axle wrap when you stop causes the shaft to extend and stick.
    The next time you put it in gear, it unsticks and gives you a bump or slight lurch.

    They are hella 500s which are about 6.25" in diameter. The diameter isn't the problem, it's the depth.

    They are really the only lights that can actually fit behind my grill since there is only 2.5" of depth. I converted them to 55w HIDs with a $50 kit from Amazon.
