Do 3rd gen front springs/shocks, and rear shocks swap onto 2nd gen trucks?

    I've searched but found no concrete answers. I read on a craigslist ad that they are interchangeable but I want to make sure. If it's true, this is a super cheap and easy way to buy new shocks if you buy them with the front springs already installed.

    Yes they will. Should give you about an inch of lift up front too

    Thank you! Scored some like new 2017 take offs on a truck that got lifted for $75! New front springs, shocks, and mounts, already assembled, and new rear shocks. Will measure before and after to check for any lift!

    Would this mean that some 3rd gen rear shocks would be compatable with a 1-2” rear lift?
