Python 991 alarm/remote start system problems

2009 Black Toacoma TRD Sport

Apex front bumper, Morimoto Retrofit headlight, All Pro off-road +2 long travel and fox 2.0 rear

So I bought my truck at the first of last year and the guy I bought it from had the python 991 system put in it. Everything worked fine tell just lately the remote start sometime won't start it will just turn the truck over but won't start or it will start and run for like 30 seconds then it will shut itself off. I'm out of ideas of what could be wrong. Anybody got any info on this system on what the problem could be?? Thanks
