Dropped some Focal replacement speakers in mine soon after I got it. No extra wiring. No cutting. Plug n play. World of difference.

Wanting another subwoofer but not sure I wanna lose the space.

No amp on the door speakers. They are Boston Acoustics SC55 5.25" Coax. I disconnected the goofy "speaker" Toyota put in the headliner, as it didn't do squat, and frankly buzzed when it was brand new. I've pulled headliners before, but it wasn't worth polishing the turd on this one. The unit is a Pioneer AVH-P2400BT DVD Receiver, and that's about it. I didn't make my own speaker adapters, but I can't remember who made the ones I used; I think they were Scosche.

Car audio can get nuts, but you gotta remember, Tacoma cabs aren't very big, so a little goes a long way. Just like my wife always tells me! o_O

That Kicker unit fits right under the passenger seat.

ETA: I thought I did a thread on this, way back, and here it is:

Oh... Before I forget, I was asked by a co-worker to ask around and see if anyone was interested in a besttop soft topper for a 3rd gen DCSB in black. He is getting rid of his truck and wants to sell the topper since I passed on it lol. He is asking 500, it's a year old. If interested send me a PM and I can get you pictures and give you his contact information since he's not here. Again, not my item, just passing along the info, which is why it's not posted in the classified thread lol.

Figured I had to give my A town peeps a shot first before it ended up in my garage so I can take pictures and post it elsewhere for him.

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
All you have to do is ground the wire that supposedly goes to the parking brake. This puts it in demo mode, no mo warnings.

    Wouldn't you like to know!
Some radio's like Kenwood have a fail safe for that type of wiring setup so you have to put a switch on it to trick it. At least in my experience...but I think Pioneers are straight forward...Grounded parking brake wire to the radio does the trick.

Should come with the Maxwell Forever Warranty. It covers the drive train for the life of the buyer.
I can vouch for the warranty, I had the transmission replaced in our Ford under this warranty and it went pretty smooth.
The main reason I bought my Taco from them.
