Goo morning all. I am new to the forum and also a first time Toyota owner. I have spent the last 10 years wheeling an 04 Jeep TJ, and then most recently a 94 YJ. Spent way too much money and am now looking to enjoy A/C and better mileage. I have found this to be a great site for information.
My Tacoma is an 05 5spd 2.7l. Current tire size is 265/70-16. Nice truck but not the power I am used to, haha. So far I just installed the Toytec Ultimate lift 3" front and 1.5aal rear. I put in front fog lights and am in the process of replacing the complete stereo system to include 2 amps and a sub. I will have to take a better pic as the rear tires are actually in a lower spot than the front.
I have been reading a lot about tires and I think I would like to go the 275-70-16 route with BFG rugged terrains, any thoughts?

Anyways glad to have this site and be a new member,
    cheers

Welcome! You can't go wrong with BFG. I don't think you'll need to do any chopping to fit a 275/70R16, so you're good there (better to check with a tire specialist though just to be sure) Enjoy your yota!
