Anyone have experience with the custom valving from Thuren? Thuren is well known and regarded for their shock tuning in the Dodge world. Recently I noticed they were selling custom valved Kings for the tacos now.

Negative. I do know that most vendors will custom valve kings though.

Wanted to thank @HeadStrong Off-Road both Marie and Matt for their great customer service. Got the fronts installed. With everyone's help got the preload done right the first time before install. Alignment is perfect and ride is awesome compared to stock sport with top plate.

I did rears but had shop do fronts. Only $150  thread count was 11 drivers and 10 passenger. Gave me exactly 23.5 hub to fender..

Yes, standard set up. Don't plan on adding a lot of weight.

Per my research 600-lb Springs should be able to handle up to approximately hundred fifty pounds extra in the front end without sag I could be wrong

My understanding is it will take 600lbs to compress it 1 inch. So 150 would be maybe 1/4 inch. Would have gone 650 for less preload but wanted the slightly softer ride on road.

When I first put my King suspension on I thought it was a little bit stiff, but after about a month on the truck they are absolutely perfect. I don't have the adjustable ones, but really don't long for them one bit. I had Icon's on my last truck which were good, but the Kings are a definite step up IMO.

    I absolutely LOVE this truck.

Should add my King info in here for those looking.

Kings w/700lb coils and compression adjusters.

Front bumper, winch (w/ synthetic line), and BD light bar total weight 145 lbs. Probably lost 10 lbs with the removal of the factory aluminum crash bar, give or take, for a net increase up front of about 135 lbs.

I left passenger side at factory preload setting, and turned the driver's side up two turns to compensate for the driver side lean.

Obtained right about 1 3/4" lift on passenger side with no adjustments from factory setting (about 3 threads showing above collar).

Obtained right about 2 1/4" lift driver side with 2 turn increase.

The ride, especially at front, is outstanding. No way I'd personally consider dropping down to 650's or 600's with the bumper and winch weight.

Also, if you think the remote res brackets for the Gen3 are as funky as I do, consider having them powder coated black as I did. Nice improvement in overall looks if the shiny, funny bracket bothers you as it did me.

Got these in today. Still working on getting my rear setup. So far, my impressions are the quality is top notch. 20170929_180148.jpg 20170929_180106.jpg 20170929_180030.jpg 20170928_215753.jpg
