265/75-16 or 255/85-16 are the largest on stock suspension with zero to minimal rubbing and trimming involved.

On a 3" lift the most popular size would be 285/75-16 which will either require 1.25" wheel spacers or aftermarket wheels with 4.5" of backspacing. This size WILL require cutting and trimming to the fender liner and more than likely the CMC (cab mount chop).

With a little trimming and the removal of the passenger side visor it might work.

Right not now my caster is good but that might change when I swap the top hats on my billies for berets. If my caster goes out should I get Weathertechs or Huskys?
