Everybody please see the below picture. You can see where some ass hat did doughnuts way off the road. One persons action and probably from a long time ago is now able to be seen from google earth. Remember just once is not an excuse and stay the trail!

we can see assholes from space! Or at least evidence of them.

I hate that I have to spend half the time I'm talking to people (non off-roaders) about off-roading, I'm telling them how most people don't do things like that and we are normally a responsible bunch.

It put a scar on the earth for God knows how long and now the habitat is gone. Just dirt, no bushes or grass. :(

It’s called “tread lightly”. Stay on the designated trails.

If we want to ensure that these areas are as beautiful as they are now for future generations, we need to take care of the land, and hopefully leave it nicer than when you got there. This kind of trail blazing does the exact opposite of that.

There are many areas that are open for this kind of activity, where you can pin it and do as many donuts as you wish, but wild and open brush land is NOT one of those areas.

But to be honest, the real reason is to not give environmentalists more of a reason to further limit trail access.

Going off trail is one thing (I do a lot to get to my hunting grounds), but doing something like a donut and destroying shit is another matter!
