First one took about eight home run swats. That one was more like 200 and three bottles of water. I think I'm going to get some wings and a beer now.

bummer. A year or so ago they sold singles. Guy on the phone even gave 10% off since he was on summer break from my alma matter.

Gonna make a big difference. Unless you're jumping your truck (even then not a big difference from where you're at unless you go full blown race lt and link) or hitting whoops I think you'll be satisfied.

Normally we sell singles but when we're down to one last set we can't break it up. Once we have more machined here shortly we'll be able to sell one if needed.

Anyone had luck putting some elbow grease into a pair of rusty swayaways? The body/threads look rusty from the pics, but gonna scoop them up for $120 from a buddy and rebuild

I've had good times with this (50/50 mix of acetone and atf):

    https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/penetrating-oil-showdown.350800/

Steering rack bolt was all mushroomed up from (I'm guessing) some guy with a rattle gun and an itchy trigger finger - add 10 years of pismo salt, sand, and grit, and I couldn't even get it to budge with my 2 ft breaker bar before the rack started to flex. It just laughed at my 1/2" impact gun. Squirted a healthy amount of this and got it out a few minutes later...

Did you ever get any more head gasket symptoms after that time at the beach? Seems like it was a one time thing after all?

Awesome, thanks. Want to be sure I can actually clean them up before spending the money. Need to be taken apart anyway so maybe some powder coat is in order

Yeah, going to get them to look like new hopefully. Saw on dialed shock prep's page that he made a pair of really bad saw's look brand new so worst come to worst I'll drop them off there.

Just in time too, had some sketchy swaying at high speed with my truck on the freeway. Springs are too soft on the bilsteins for my arb bumper

Must have been the 2 trucks in the sand - I guess you could compare it to a hiccup that suddenly pumps up so much pressure in your abdomen, it pushes out a fart that wouldn't have come out for a couple hours.

You're lucky that there are companies like Camburg who are willing to split up pairs at all. You already know they have the best deal, and that they're listening. A little patience goes a long way. Good luck getting the same from the other guys.
