tacoma.jpg Hey, I'm a newbie looking at purchasing a new Tacoma with a 6in rocky ridge lift with 20in rims sitting on 35. My question is will this fit in my GARAGE. My garage height is 7ft (84in) but in measuring it, it looks like 82in is usable. I see a standard Tacoma sits at 71in. Any help much a appreciated. Not to mention the little antenna on the roof. I thinks its going to be close.

If your wondering, the truck is not in my state and the dealership measuring skills seem sketchy. They didn't have a tape measure and gave me a estimate of 78in.

71+6+((35-31)/2)= will fit in mall parking lot.

    79" or there abouts.

That's probably not counting the antenna.

Well, drive that sucker to your garage and have somebody spot you as you try to drive in. This is a hard question to answer over the Interwebs.

Be sure you're measuring the door height and not the ceiling height. Sorry if that is obvious.

Can't park it outside? I don't know man. 40k is a lot to spend on a truck without knowing if you can even park the rig inside your garage.

If getting it in your garage is a deal breaker, you need to get an accurate physical measurement. Everything else is just a guess that nobody else will have to live with.

He said the truck is out of state, he can't just run down there and measure it.

    No.

Just bolt on bling that only increases your payment a few $ a month over your 7 years of financing. Of course the 'package' costs about 3x the actual retail price of the products.

They'll tell you it's warrantied too. And it is. By the subcontractor that put it together, if they are still in business. Toyota certainly isn't taking responsibility for that stuff.
