2007 Tundra SR5 P2442 code sporadic Problem?

My son passed away and left me his Tundra. It had an AFE Cold box. It was not CARB compliant in CA and didn't pass smog. I replaced it back to the stock air filter system. I started getting the dreaded P2442 code. Here is the strange part. Only got the code when driving over 65 on the freeway? Drove 50 miles one time and got the code and went into limp mode. It has been intermittent. I need to pick your brains on this. I did find a air leak in the filter system and fixed it. Has not come back but so far but could this have been the cause? Thanks in advance.

 

Air injection pump, it's a very common problem, mine went bad on my 09 Tundra. Toyota extended the warranty on it to 10 years or 150k miles, is the truck still within that range?

 

I will try to see if the warranty still cover it. But I am pretty sure I am one year over the 10 but still under the mileage at 89,000. Thanks for your reply. I defiantly can't afford to have a mechanic repair it on my fixed income so I will have to fix it on my own. If I can find a rebuild kit or even find one at a pick and pull that is what I will have to do. I hate to see it sit and rot and selling it is out of the question. I know it sounds silly but I feel my son is still with me when I am driving it.
