I bought literally every part to build this G34 in the last 48, except the frame, which I've had for a couple months.

Got my wife's Christmas gift...Bersa Thunder .380 W/grips (Academy exclusive)
Bersa has $20. rebate til end of Oct. on Thunder series. Nothing too fancy about it but it'll be easier for her to shoot than my 9's. Always been Ruger or SW guy...1st Bersa... haven't heard much negative about it so we'll give it a try. All else fails got another truck gun.

A little of this and a little of that.
Bought a Liberty Safe over Labor Day weekend when they were on sale. The model I chose wasn't available at the time, had to be built, and was ready for pick up on Friday.
It's a Centurion 24 with the "flex" interior. I preferred the combination lock over the electronic lock.

I had one of those also, it was a solid little shooter, but the sharp edges of the design dug into my hand style when shooting so I ended up selling it.

Cooking breakfast this morning and I said to my wife, I'm going to buy an AR. Been wanting one for a long time. Don't have much money to burn so I just went cheap, can always upgrade later. I just wanted a plinker/ entry level gun and low and behold Cabelas has an Anderson for $399. Putting a cheap scope on it and some ambi parts and probably just call it good.

I wouldn’t consider Andersons low end by any means, you got yourself a very good starter, kudos !

I have never owned an AR. I've been doing some reading and from what I can tell, it's all opinions, as with anything. Good and bad. It won't have more than a few hundred rounds through it a year anyway.

I was kinda in that same boat...wanted a fun to shoot but economical sport rifle. Got a Colt M4 Carbine in 22lr. Super fun and cheap to shoot...got it all decked out with light/lazer, scope etc.

    bought some ammo from brownells.

Use active junky to get an additional 4% off and the code M7L to receive $20 off and free shipping.

there is a federal rebate to get 25% off.

all in all i think got 1000 rounds for $121. My math could be off but...

    200 for rounds- 20 for discount= 180-50=130 from rebate (25% of 200=50). Then i received $9 from active junky.

so $121 for the 9mm. Thats 12 cents a round!

to be able to use the brownells code you'll need to add something else to your cart to get over $200. Most people have been adding a .49 cent dentist spring to their order, but i added some 22lr ammo and some CLP.

Hope theres some left for you all.
