    All I use is beta and caffeine. I think I've probably got like $30 invested and it will last me all year. I just mix mine daily. Takes less than 20 seconds.

    Buy those little silicon packets that absorb moisture. You can get a 50 pack for like $8 on eBay. I put them in all my pre ingredients once I open them and also in my pre container after I mix my batch. Never have clumping issues...

    I'd need to take at least 4 with that amount. Definitely not cost effective :notsure:

    Took 400mg caffeine and 7g beta alanine before the gym yesterday. Pretty sure I was hearing colors. Probably do the same again today

    I had one today for the first time. They had that redbull flugtag event and the redbull girls were passing out free cans and last night I got a regular sugar free, which is also what I'd been drinking at the bars (with vodka obv) but today they handed me a purple one. So good

    I disagree. I noticed a big difference with Osta. I'm skeptical about supplements in general, but I had measurable strength and size gains on an 8 week cycle.

    Looks to be a decently strong prohormone, pct recommended for cycles longer than 4 weeks. I wouldn’t be surprised if he saw results for an 8 week cycle. I’d still much rather do the real stuff than prohormones

    I don't, but I put on 7 pounds in 8 weeks, which, for me, is a lot. I just didn't get tired. I could do more reps, and even more sets. Plus a nagging elbow issue that I have been rehabbing just went away. That alone was worth it for me.
