2002 toyota tacoma 2.7

I have a 2002 toyota tacoma 4 cylnder and it has had a high idle for the past month, 2000 rpm's. I cleaned the throttle body and the IAC and replaced the throttle positoning sensor but nothing has helped. I noticed that my temp gauge needle is a fraction lower but it still warms up about the same time. HELP.
