    Oh I thought you had 285s or 33s. Hmm that's odd especially with stock wheels. Maybe just trim more of the fender :notsure:

    I got a Maaco paint job for $280 out the door. Its slighty a different silver, but for the price I dont mind. every other shop was $600+

    Haven't posted anything lately. My icons are sent off to icon for a rebuild. When they get back I'm going to replace the lower ball joints. Still waiting for a good sale to get a winch. I'm hoping Black Friday will be the one! Anyway I did swap my phone holder out for a mob armor, I was sick of it falling off when I got on a trail. Looks pretty cool too.     Yeah there arent many options, this one works pretty well. I thought about cutting the metal piece down and putting it above the air bag switch, got lazy tho.

    So nice having the icons back on! Hated driving with the stock coilovers. They didn't handle the bumper weight and bigger tires very well. Also gave it a wash. IMG_6877.jpg

    Took the truck to get an alignment because it has a slight wander to it. They said it was fine and that my rack bushing are shot, they offered to replace for the low low price of $350. So of course I said god no and I ordered up a new set. Im going to replace them tonight when I get off work.

    It makes it a little easier when replacing them if you disconnect the outer tie rods from the LBJ's. I did that with my current truck and it made it way easier than my previous Tacomas

    You might need to just to be able to get the metal sleeves in place. They're a pretty tight fit. I noticed a decent difference with them afterwards. Steering feels tighter.

    The place I got my alignment let go out and check out his much play the old ones had when turning the wheel. The rack was probably moving close to an inch!

    Got a bit of a late start, and interrupted a few times but got them on. It was a PITA to get everything lined up. But the steering feels great

    They're definitely a bitch to get in there. Getting the old ones out is no picnic either but at least it should be a one time job

    Pulled off the TB to clean it. Didn't take to long. Truck seems to having a higher idle now tho. I'll see what it does when I drive it to work and back.

    Also cleaned the MAF tonight and disconnected the battery. I think resetting the ecu did the trick and the idle is normal again
