1st Gen bed rack?

I want a bed rack for my Tacoma. Does anyone know of a shop in AZ that could build me one? I want it to cover the full length of my bed, cab high, welded nut inserts for awning and Road Shower mounting along with light tabs. Any help would be appreciated.
