Serious question: What are your expectations? Do you expect perfection? Do you expect flawless?

I was at a car show awhile back. There was a Ferrari LaFerrai, a 2016 model with less than 100 miles on the odometer. Beautiful car. It sold new just shy of $2M. Last auctions these were going at $6M. While I was admiring it, I was at the dividing ropes and looking at the paint. I noticed a piece of dust in the paint, on the fender right at fender/door gap. Small piece but a piece of dirt in the paint. That's a $2M car. This truck costs $35K. Nothing is perfect, not even a Toyota.

Still chewing what, lol. You have not taken any 3rd gen out for a test drive...yet? Holy guacamole, why not?

    That is really kinda bizarre.

Go test drive more than one, for as long as they will allow. Also test drive the Frontier and GM twins.

You should have a lot of knowledge gleaned from TW by now, go put it to good use for cripes sake.
    ,

Good luck, now go test drive one, lol

Bingo. The orange peel alone on ANY car these days is terrible. Every car is going to have some issues... fit, finish, quality, etc. I'd like to see any person or company try to put thousands of parts together, with zero defects, and with a competitively marketable price. Anyone that thinks you can do this is either terrible at statistics and engineering / manufacturing or just a turd gen troll.

I made the third reply in this thread asking for pictures of the truck he was looking at. We didn't get anything but more posts and people arguing.

We've all realized that some trucks have a bumper gap and some don't.

it's been settled, move the fuck on. /thread

Interesting that he had to cut it off with snips because he couldn't get the clips loose...seems kinda unlikely the damn thing is just gonna fall off.
