Bought a universal H11 kit from TRS awhile back (less than a year) and now one side will not come on. I've double checked the connections and swapped the bulbs from one side to the other with no change. I've emailed them but they're closed for the weekend, just trying to narrow it down if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried swapping the ballasts to see if the problem follows?

In addition to switching the ballasts, try switching the ignitors too. Switch thing independently, one at a time. My guess is bad ballast too (I've gone through 2 ballasts, 1 ignitor, and now probably one entire power harness within the last 6 months), but it's worth checking everything. Hope this helps!

Interestingly enough i have the same issue possibly. They have been great to talk to and try to figure this issue out.
I just received a new control box this weekend and i still have the same issue. Only difference this time is that my drivers side functions with high beam only. Whereas before, it did not work at all.

I have swapped all components from side to side before and after with the same results essentially.
Drivers side low beam does not work, even when taking passenger side headlamp and plugging it into drivers side.

Drivers side high beam did not work prior to this new control box at all.

All grounds are spotless and secure as well as all the wiring.

I have no doubt they will help troubleshoot and square this away.
