upgrading my sr5 exhaust and intake

    So i'm going to upgrade to the trd pro exhaust and air intake. When talking with a guy about getting it installed they asked me if i wanted to just do the end of the exhaust or all the way to the manifold. which should i do and why?

    they said it's the same price either way also.
