Yes, but you have to modify the storage on the passenger side. BTW the low freq sound you get out of this enclosure is amazing. I contacted JL Audio about different options for our trucks and I always got the same answer the JL Audio CP108LG-W3V3. I had being using this enclosure for the past year with a pair of Focal 165 v30's components and a jl xd700/5 amp.

I didn't take the back of the seat out, you have to take the storage out and cut the small shelf off then reinstall. The enclosure slides right in, it wont rub nor interfere with the seat in anyway. Very simple modification.

The small shelf on the storage bin could be cut with a dremel or something similar the plastic gets hot/melts while cutting. You could use something else to cut it, I wanted a clean nice finish I went to Michaels and bought some black cloth adhesive cloth sheets of felt material to hide imperfections where i cut the storage. Good Luck no big a project just take the storage out, cut, trim, clean apply felt sheets if want and reinstall.

They sound great. I am running a alpine 500 mono amp and I only have turned up a quarter of the way. Anything more way to much. Ppl can't believe they are 8's.
