So far really good, but I only have about 1500 miles on them. The 4Runner is not my daily.

The tires are great though. I had my doubts, but aside from being loud on the highway (mud terrain tread pattern) - they are great on road, and really great offroad.

Are any of you guys running OME 861s in the rear? I want a taller spring but I keep seeing 9 wraps will sag with weight. I eventually want a rear tire carrier but until then the only weight I have is the roof rack and sub box. The spare tire is back there every now and then and the RTT rarely. I wanna know pros, cons and ride quality. Thanks!

I run 861s and they are amazing!
I have a lot of weight. Rear bumper with tire carrier and two gas cans and all my tools in the back daily. I also tow my trailer and with the trailer hooked up I'm level. Before the trailer I'm slightly booty high.
The ride is smooth and they flex great Offroad. I haven't noticed any sagging over time with them.

That's awesome thank you! I kept seeing 9 wraps sag and I'd rather not have to swap springs a 2nd time later down the road when I've got a bumper and the RTT. I wonder how they ride without the added weight.

Some gear sets are weaker than others even from the factory. I would suggest 4.88’s for you because you aren’t daily driving it, so fuck it

Ya put in at least 500 miles before hitting freeway speeds.

You'll be fine with 33's and 4.88, a bit high RPM yes, but that is about it. I'm only on 295s, so not that much larger.

On road, probably, off road you may see better mileage.

You shouldn't need to re balance unless you did something else to it, it only goes in one way and is keyed.

I haven't had to mess with my Us yet, so IDK. If it is easy and cheapish then sure!
