depends on what HU you get. some come stock with bluetooth, and they have add ons for bluetooth if you get a HU that doesnt come with it already. You will need swi-pac for the steering wheel controls. These are kind of a pain to install but worth it after its all said and done. Make sure the head unit supports steering wheel controls. I used crutchfield. their website will tell you all you need to know about the hu you are looking at.

I have an alpine but the pioneers are great HU. I would suggest finding one with the add-ons you want and go from there. How I picked a HU is I went to crutchfield and outfitted my truck to see what HU would fit. I then narrowed it down by :
    1. price
    2. ease of use
    3. RMS output
    4. what was included or could be added on to the HU

as long as you get a HU thats a reputable brand you will not be disappointed.

Are you going double din (DVD/GPS), or single din(traditional HU)? I went single din and got an alpine cda 105. I love that little radio, it has great ipod capabilities.

There is also a groupbuy going on right now for a Pioneer ACIC Z110BT. Great Pioneer unit with touchscreen, blutooth, and with the newest SWI-PAC, you can use your steering wheel controls for just about anything.
