Lube it with white lithium grease where the plunger contacts the pedal assembly. It will be silent for a few months, then you will have to reapply it.

The TSB took care of the problem for me; going on a year now. Knock on wood.

The TSB will not guarantee the squeak is gone forever. Mine came back with the TSB parts. What has cured it for now is to get a jar of never-seize that has a brush built into the lid and jam it into the pivot point between the pedal and shaft lubing it up really good. Some have reported some success with rotating the shaft 90degrees as well. That didn't last for me.

    yep..
Mine was squeaking from underneath the truck by the main cylinder. I removed the boot on the bell housing and shot a small amount of white lithium with a straw at the end of the clutch fork. Had to use my phones camera and flash to see where to spray.

That is if it's squeaking there. Careful spraying lube in there, use it minimally.

    It fixed it for now.

Mine does the same thing. I have to use lithium grease every couple months. It gets bad enough that it seems to affect how smooth I can be with the clutch. It's really the only complaint I have with the truck.
