I'm no mechanic, but is this even possible?

Go to Autozone and borrow a code scanner and pull a code from the truck. Like the previous poster mentioned, there may be codes but no CEL. Smoke coming out of the exhaust? - check the oil cap for milkshake indicating a blown head gasket.

    Good luck

Hey not at all man! I got a thick hide, he can pull all the punches he wants at me and think whatever he wants, I'm going to sleep good tonight knowing my truck runs like a top with no lights or issues at all and if anything does arise I'll have it fixed same day.

I was just upset that he was stepping right into "my" comunity and immediately starts down talking my friends here, folks honestly just trying to lend a hand, that just ain't right. Everybodys my friend here, even figured he could have been a friend I just hadn't met yet but of all the flavors he could have chosen he wanted to be salty. :(

Someone wants to call me out, that's fine I got nothing to prove and am generally happy to ignore it, but leave my friends alone. I got that big brother instinct with all y'all.

His loss not mine, I'll still help other folks where ever and when ever I can on here. It can be hard to diagnose a machine through the internet which is why I always start with the most simple questions and work up to the big stuff. Irregaurdless I was raised where if somebody offers you a hand you thank them even if you don't need it or it's not the help you do need.

The vast majority of folks here are good people, that's why I love this comunity and always try to jump in and give back when I can.:D

    Happy truckin'!
