I updated the first page with the new skid I just had made up and revised the install directions. Just need to drill some holes for the cross member, paint and install. This new version should give more protection to the cross member now.

Man phenomenal write up wish someone would do this for all the plates so we could stop reinventing the wheel. I am about to start the cardboard layout for the front most plate this evening I thinks.

I bought some used All-Pro skids and bumpers recently. Soooo glad I came across this. That trans skid is a joke!

Awesome work pAP! Thanks for sharing your blueprints. I'll redraw it and send out the DXF file for plasma cutting.

Hey pAP, finally getting around to this now. I'm trying to follow your instructions but I'm a little lost. Step 1 & 2 involve drilling two news holes into the All Pro IFS skid, correct? Not into any cross members? And Step 3, the two bolts are going through existing holes in the cross member and have no attachment to the T-case skid, yeah?

Also here's the DXF cut file if anyone wants to send it out to a shop for plasma/laser/waterjet cutting. I'd upload it to TW but TW doesn't allow the DXF extension.

This is unfortunate. Well, I'll just bang out a few holes and figure it out as I go. :benchpress:
