i do have extended lines, find someone or buy a snap on flare wrench. A regular one stripped one of the bolts but a snapon solved it due to its tighter tolerance. My snapon has been passed around to many locally to assist in this mod and it has not stripped or failed. Yes you bleed farthest to closest

to get to the innermost top bolt, you will want to remove the vacuum box with the two hoses. Helps to get leverage to torque the bolts while the bracket is still attached. Its much easier to remove the clips with the bracket off. Plugging the lines with a vacuum nipple helps alleviate the mess.

    ENGINAIRE Install

this is a mock install, i will post final install pics in the am....

    materials:
    enginaire
    rubber 4 to 3 reducer

    Tools:
    sharp knife
    8mm socket

this thing is massive, i can see why it cost so much, the fan inside is a nice design and when installing you must face the exhaust port out towards the back as that is where debris is thrown.

i bought the reducer from home depot but i ended up trimming it to look nice, more pics to come in the am. I ran out of daylight when i was finishing everything.

got to test out my new hydraulic crimp

made new terminal wires and post attachments -- old ones were pretty nasty looking

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Got my Expos and super bumps installed today. You were right, not bad at all. I deleted my 3 degree shims ( don't think it will be an issue, since I have a Tom Woods one piece DS ), and deleted my air bags. I'll keep them just in case I want to re install later. Love the stance and ride so far. Very smooth with all the weight I have. I'm pleased

I love the Tom Woods, installed it and never looked back. Ordered it directly from the man himself over the phone. Their CS is top notch. Quality of the DS is top notch too. Fairly priced, and 15 min to install.

Looks awesome! Do you know if the bed rack is from a short bed or long bed? Always wondered how a short bed rack would look!!
