Just finished installing Mictuning truck bed lights on my 2017 Limited Edition Taco. Had to splice into the harness that came with it to extend wires. I connected it directly to the battery so they would work without the truck running too.

First Mod! Now I have to think of something else...

I'm thinking of 3D printing something next. Maybe something to fit in the shelf next to the steering wheel. I'm not sure what the purpose of the shelf is, anyone know?

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
First, welcome to TW! Second, I like the bed lighting. It looks good. Third, to make you wonder and ponder. There is a lot of people who use that space for switches.

    Thanks for the welcome!

$40! Sure it looks good, but what's the fun in buying one when I can design one and print one. LOL Thanks for the suggestions! I wish I had a big fat wallet to put in there!

Maybe it's a place to put your keys since it's a push button start...

Thanks, it was pretty easy to run the wires for it and it's tucked out of the way so it doesn't get smacked. Since the picture I also put a bit of hot glue in the hole to seal it up.

Post pics when you have yours done!
