I don't mind you being a dick- keep in mind this is my first Tacoma, my first time seeing this truck since I purchased it while on deployment- everything else I've been accustomed to seeing was thru the forum. It was the first time I popped the hood on this truck since coming back from iraq yesterday. Lol

I found the write up from a member on another forum that had these installed on their tacom before I went ahead with the purchase. Their design to address the issue that most people had with hid/led that weren't design to go on the tacoma. I just got back from a friends house and didn't get any flashes. Also drove past a couple cop cars and didn't get pulled over- so safe to say that their ok.

It can be a rough crowd in here sometimes, lol. But you've been on the jump towers at Benning,so you have my respect. Anyways,I think you wasted a lot of money on that new "intake".

lol, in all honestly this is not the first time someone posts this on TW

And in all fairness to those who are not familiar with todays worlds typical motor vehicle engines... if you pulled the black plastic engine cover things kinda make more sense lol....

Glad your back safe and sound brother, my unit hasn't been so lucky this year. Hope my picture and YouTube link helped. If you need any help don't hesitate to ask. A lot of us here on the forums have served.
