Hey folks... Got a question for y'all...

Today, I wanted to clean my truck up now that the rain has subsided. Normally, I would do it myself, but I'm on call for my job this weekend and couldn't dedicate the time to doing it myself. Normally takes me a couple hours and I have to be in there within 30 minutes of being called.

That said, I took it by a wash that does hand drying and detailing after it goes through their tunnel wash machine (for lack of the right term) that uses high pressure water and spinning devices. After it emerged I noticed a piece of the cloth material from the spinning brush had gotten lodged directly under the taillight and there was condensation inside my taillight that I had never noticed before.

I did ask for the manager and filled out their form to start a claim, but before I get too upset, I wanted to know if others here noticed condensation within their tails and if it might be nothing to worry about. The condensation did dissipate within 10 minutes in the shade, so not much was there to begin with. I know the damage all to well that water inside the taillight can wreak when there's a crack (had it on my Mustang) and water is allowed to pool.

TL;DR version... took Taco to car wash, found condensation in taillight... is this normal?

Wash your Taco with nice warm water, in the shade, while playing Barry Mantilo (sp?) on the garage radio...???

Hehe.... Look close at yer paint..... Bet ya got lots of small scrapes and things from the car wash..!!
