This truck - with 9600 miles on it - has stalled at a light or stop sign three times in the past month or so. Always when ECT is engaged. I initially took it to the dealer and they did a check out and said that there was nothing wrong. Then, the next day I was parked off the road with the engine running and with ECT engaged and I took out on the road and the engine died with a large vehicle right behind me. I am supposed to bring it back to the dealer so they can drive it for a while with their laptop plugged in.

Have any of you had this issue at all?

Leave it with the dealer long enough so they can duplicate the problem. If it only happens three times a month it may be difficult for them to diagnose. If there are no codes and they can't duplicate the problem it's pretty hard to fix something that's not broken. Before you bring it in try running some fuel conditioner to remove any water.

I am happy to report (or embarrassed) but I think I solved this. I changed the position of the seat too far and with my replaced knee it was easy enough to bump the key at certain times. I only know because today I was at a stop and the engine stopped and I heard the keys on the ring making a noise. I think that this is what caused it. I only wrote this because you guys took the time to try to assist me.

I don't doubt you for a minute, but these damn metal knee are not easy to drive with. But you are right. I don't always drive with them in that position. My wife's Camry spoiled me with the electric seats adjustments. Once I get my shoulder replacement in November I won't be driving anything for 8 months

Damn, brother....I got a new left knee joint installed 4 yrs ago and it had no impact on my driving after I got the full movement back on it....!
I'd suggest just back off the seat a bit and get used to driving in that position...!! Much safer man...

Here's an X-Ray of my new knee..... 4 yrs ago..... The joint has been performing very well, according to the "ole lady"...!!
