Looking for more comfortable seat alternatives

I love my 2017 Tacoma, but I can't drive more than 30 minutes without my back hurting from the seat. The first few months were fine but now I can't stand to ride in the thing. Has anyone else had this problem? And or solved it. I'm 6'4 about 200 lbs

 

For long drives I usually put 2" foam under my butt cause I have sciatica issues and after a couple hours I have to get out and stretch, but I have heard of guys adding new foam to their seats to solve these issues....still love my taco

What manufacturer makes a car/truck without seat adjustment.

Its mostly the tall guys that have the issue. Im 6'1 and it kills, I cant imagine if I were taller how bad it would be

There is a commercial running for the new Lincoln Continental that is only about the seats. It's a new model redesign and all they show for 25 of the 30 seconds is the seat - not even in the car - on a pedestal. The seat is that important for a lot of people... and that seat makes me want to go sit in one. The Taco seats in my '14 SR5 are pretty rudimentary, and I'm 6'2" 240, and feel lucky that I find them comfortable. I do desire another inch of leg room on all day drives, but that isn't painful, just a little bit of a discomfort as the gas gauge gets down under half tank.

 

I wonder if the Highlander seats would fit. Just has one as a rental. Has all the power adjustments.
