This will be an ongoing project. Just what I have on the list now will take at least another year. (Or more) What fun is being finished?

    One of "those days":

    Cable TV not working.
Shower control stuck on... Hot water running.
Bartender being asshole. Wants me to do her job
Asshat will be here by noon. That alone ruins any day.
Morons I work with put Halloween decor next to front door. Straw bales.....where other morons toss cigaarette butts. 3 fires in 4 years. You'd think they'd learn.

Up side: We just had club elections. New President and vice president HATE manager.
Board is now stacked 9-3 against him.

They want him gone. I was told it will happen before Christmas. I'm buying first round.

In a 55 year old train wreck of an ex heroine addict miserable bitch sort of way....not so much.

She'd probably be appreciative though, so there is that.

From 18 to 81, they're ALL insane. So. You might as well put up with young, hot, and insane as opposed to old, "hot-ish" and insane.

    Be an over-achiever!

I don't know I could handle the lack of brain activity in a female that's more than 5 years younger than me.

Wait until such a time as you have a daughter. Your perspective will change. BTDT.

FWIW, I can't handle the lack in a male 5 years younger than me either.

So. The common denominator is "you can't handle"......

    I see.

I'd start in the middle and find a mature hottie with a body full of experience, and an insatiable desire to have pleasure that makes her feel 20 again.

    Best of all worlds.

Not sure there is a set formula. However, my best luck came when I just let nature take it's course and went into a relationship with no preconcieved expectations.

A plus when she was hawt!

    Kinda where I'm at.

Not that I don't like kids, but they ALL seem to have them already. A 30-something without kids is a god damn unicorn, one w/out rug rats AND sane = unobtanium

If only one could be a nurse or lawyer, like Toyota's, dogs, and camping...

They are out there man. Nobody's perfect or ever will be. Just have to decide what you are willing to put up with and give it everything you've got.

Send out some good vibes and I'll do the same bud.

    They are out there.

Oh yeah. Super proud of your ass man.

Doesn't mean the good vibrations need to cease.

They will sense that and you may find yourself getting what you want sooner than later.
