I used it on my truck since my psi per cylinder was at the lowest allowed value lol. I went from 150 per cylinder to 190-210 per cylinder. It works good. I'll post results in my build eventually

The dowstream sensor has the (mod) resistor tied in to it. I replaced the upstream sensor with #234-4162 in the stock position and i did clean the maf with maf cleaner. I was thinking to re clean the TB and check the TPS

After talking with the guys at LCE I found out that my TPS could be adjustable or not. Iv been reading a lot about the symptoms of a faulty TPS and the problems that I'm having seem to be the same we shall see

Right now, just parts wise. Without actually getting it in I've priced around 6000, not including exhaust system or electrical and ac issues

All this turbo talk has convinced me to buy a new oil pan and bung for my 2013 2.7l. I've contacted Waystar for their pricing for the manifold and DP, just waiting to hear back. Already have a leftover AEM Wideband gauge and sensor. Planning on slowly building everything up over the winter, as funds allow.

Would the AEM FIC be enough piggyback if needed? It's sometimes tough to get definite answers, as some have swapped injectors while others have stayed stock. Any help would be much appreciated!

For low boost an Aem fic will get you where you need to go.

For a 2.7?? 6k? I know I spent more than 3k on mine but no where near 6k. After rebuilding my CX turbo I haven't had any problems, I guess you build would have a brand name turbo?

The AEM is good for most things except ignition advanced or anything fancy.

For the ls1, turbo I'm at around $500 right now. Not including the expensive stuff

Waystar? Haven't heard of them? They have a manifold for us?

AEM should work fine. I have offset angles and stuff for you when you get to that point that will help you get the trigger set up. I am still working out the injectors and such but hopefully will be there soon!

I do as well so I could bust his balls on his alleged hp numbers! 354 whp?! I guess it's been a while since I looked at his build but last I recall he was running like 10 psi and stock cams. You'd need to be in the 20-25 range to be pushing 400 at the crank unless you're running one of those huge cams and you're able to spin like 6500 rpms.

Edit: Just found one of his videos on E-70 and 17 psi, yeah he might be over 300..

@MrCrowntown since I've seen your posts/build threads- you will be most valuable to me lol.
If you remember @KirkRio did his build with the OzBoost "kit", I was able to find the supplier as Shanghai Waystar on Alibaba. I sent them communication regarding price, since they only specify 1 as minimum order- and it would HAVE to be cheaper direct from the manufacturer. The link takes you to the manifold & DP page on Alibaba.

For right now, I'm planning on running about 6-8psi as it seems that's what would be reasonable currently. The AEM would be my way of tuning it to run safer. I seriously don't know how the OzBoost kit doesn't blow your shit up lol

Just an ls1, not ls1 with turbo. Turbo proc rid for the 3rz

The ls1 I have is on a standalone harness, all it Needs it fuel, power, and a gas pedal.

Not a clue how many miles are on it though

I also don't know how the ozboost kit doesn't wreck our motors lol but I guess its a testament to the strength of the stock internals! Also it would lend me to believe the injectors are bigger than they intended to tune the motor for. A safety buffer, if you will.
