2010 v6 What do you think is leaking here?

    122k miles everything has always been maintained. Today I took the air box off to clean the throttle body and noticed this. Doesn't smell like fuel so not sure what exactly is causing it. Anyways while I had it apart I sprayed some degreaser and hosed it down. I will try to keep an eye if I notice anything else. Guessing it might just be from age?
