Hey, just thought I would throw this out there for anyone having a knocking noise that they can feel underneath the cab. I started getting a really loud knocking noise from my ARB leaf pack making turns through rain gutter type dips. It's been driving me mad. Well today I found it. IMG_1514.jpgIMG_1521.jpg IMG_1516.jpg So it looks like the metal sleeve that holds the rubber bushing on the front of the leaf pack has loosened up and is now allowing the whole leaf spring eyelet to walk back and forth. In the second picture you can see right where the eyelet is smacking against the mount rubbing the paint off.
So if anyone finds themselves with a weird knocking noise check out the front bushing of your leaf pack.
This has been a TWPSA. Carry on.

Yep mine squeak like a MF after washing. Embarrassment. Even upgraded to the better bushings and still there. Only 2 months old.

it is common for that oem style front bushing to wear out rather quickly yes
that is why some say might as well just put this poly style in from the start, since pressing the oem style one out is or can be a stubborn little bastard at times

I used qraphite in a spray can that dries. I loosened the nut and bolt up and got the spray in between the rubber and the leaf pack.
