    Been thinking about this and considering different angles and options, and I do not see a way for me to pull it off even minus the UCAs. There's just too many things coming up that require my money for me to do it. My apologies, gentlemen. I wish I could make it work, but birthdays, land clearing, Christmas, taxes/taxes/taxes, etc... If this were happening in March or April, we'd be in business.
