hi all, I currently have Nitto trail grapplers that I honestly do not care for due to the road noise they generate. I’m looking for an ideal tire that serves a good amount of versatility both on the trail and pavement while not sacrificing looks. Post some pics or provide links if you feel you have something to offer, thanks!

And this was coming from Cooper ST/MAXX tires which are very loud and aggressive. Truck drives so much different now, and is so quiet

I've been very happy with my Toyo RT tires. Not too loud and they hook up great.

General Grabber AT2's are on now, very happy with them. Next tire will probably be the Cooper AT3 that won the expedition portal test. Aren't as aggressive looking in terms of sidewall but good looking tread and most importantly, a legit well performing AT tire that will handle good on road at off. Both are very reasonably priced as well. The General's have the mountain snowflake rating and Coopers are US made if I recall.

One could easily argue that it doesn't really exist.

Just like 'all seasons' really aren't. Every time you want something to do everything something has to be compromised, so it won't be the best at anything.

Pick a tire for how you use the truck 80+% of the time. If it happens to look rugged, fine.

Or get a second set of wheels with some bad boy tires for that 20%
