Custom bumpers if you have the "tech package"?

I didn't think of this when I bought the truck. Can you get custom bumpers if you have the "tech package". Specifically I am referring to the parking sonar / blind spot sensors in the stock bumpers.

Couldn't you just well some tabs on the bumper pretty close to the original sensor spot and bolt the to a new bumper
