Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
I’ve got a shackle flip with rubicon express 5” shackles right now. Dakar’s w/aal are flattened out. I might add the 3rd leaf back in just to get some curve back in them. They’ve settled from 3-3.5” lift and are sitting at 2.5”.
With the shell and RTT I’ve sagging now. Not happy, as they’re chattering quite a bit since the springs are flattened out.

The flares really make the 37's look proportional, even though they're fuckin huge.

Speaking of rubbing... truck is looking good! So much better in person though.

I have some inside info... soon.

That's all I have, or am allowed to disclose ;)

They're hiring two people up here for that position.^^

Or this one, they have a bunch of people up here with this title:
    https://www.jobaps.com/SF/sup/bulpreview.asp?R1=CBT&R2=7262&R3=075175

    Temp positions:
    https://www.jobaps.com/SF/sup/bulpreview.asp?R1=TPV&R2=3434&R3=080197

Or I know we are looking for a part time lab person in this designation:
    https://www.jobaps.com/SF/sup/bulpreview.asp?R1=TEX&R2=9920&R3=902063

Let me know if you have any questions. The City job process is pretty convoluted, its taken me almost a year to get this new job.

No shit. And it makes you wonder how the board of supervisors can justify railing on tech for high salaries ;)

Na he's on the Tahoe side. Once you get passed the staging area there's a whole bunch of trails.

Because governments aren’t businesses and are to serve the public?

You worked for the government before.

I know in my department, we pay well to attract the best talent. The best talent(in our case) yields excellent results.

Every department head in my county that I know strives to get the most value for every penny spent.

Maybe your previous employment experience wasn’t the same?

I once applied to the SF City Fire Department to operate their fire boat. I'm a boat captain so seemed like the perfect job. Turns out every swinging dick in the area with a captains license kept an eye out for that one. $173,000 to start. And you only worked about 6 days a month as you were 24/7 when on duty. Don't know what it pays now as that was about 8 years ago. I can not believe that San Francisco is not massively in debt.

Ideally, that's the case. My department survives primarily on time & material charges for our services (my Planning division is 100% T&M), so my department is usually doing well. However, this also pisses me off because we could be paid competitively and just slightly raise our massively outdated rates...

Huge tax base on multiple levels and constant development going on. Lots of money flowing through.
