I have the infamous puddle of water on the floor every time I go through a car wash. This has been going on for maybe 2-3 years but it's getting worse. I saturated the cabin filter and air doesn't get through until it dries. Setting the air to recirculate before washing does reduce it a little. In my research there was a TSB on a new cowl but only during the warranty period. Here I am at 115K miles and don't want to spend $450+ on a new cowl. The other problem I have is that I work around 3 rock quarries and should buy windshields in bulk. I just got my 3rd in 2 years. I can't just silicone everywhere because I need to allow for windshield replacements.

Looking at this diagram "http://www.customtacos.com/tech.old...6toyrm/06toypdf/06rmsrc/rm2006ta/05800210.pdf" can someone tell me the most common place water gets in around the cowl? Is it the 2 rubber seals on the ends? Is it all along the entire top of the cowl? What is different from the old style cowl than the newer TSB one?
