    i just got out of the air force and it seemed like everyone smoked....before and after every damn job...what a waste of time

    non military and dont smoke anymore, when i first turned 18 i was always smoking at work or with friends, but it started restricting me on my dirtbike so i quit about 4 months ago and im glad i did.

    I smoked in the Army... got out in 04... and quit in 08... it's been 8 months... I still miss it sometimes...

    x2 never got much out of dipping either. In the end, both are expensive habits that I am too cheap or would rather spend by money on other things to get into.

    Military: 21.05%

    It still looks like the non-military TW crowd basically follows the general population (20%) while the military TW crowd is lower than what i heard (33%)

    My step dad owns a 2005 silver trd tacoma and he smokes. he lived though 2 major heart attacks then finally quit! :)

    Im 16 and i smoked 1 time and it was at a party when i was drunk. never doing that again! its so gross and its a turn off to the hot girls.

    Four months ago I smoked nearly two packs a day and did a can of Grizz a day as well. Quit cold turkey. Now I only smoke when I drink... Plus she confiscates my dip if she finds it. I've lost atleast 5 cans of skoal to the drawer beneath the TV....

    i smoke almost a pack a day, had quit for 6yrs when i moved down here to shreveport, started back up last yr in may... i really want/need to quit asap! maybe that will help me gain weight back... or so ive heard :rolleyes:

    i used to dip too, but i havent dipped in yrs... thats some good stuff :wink:

    i use to be a pack a day guy, but then i gradually weened myself off of it. i was offered a smoke about 2 months ago. i accepted cause i was drinking, and i barely made it halfway through before i had to put it out. it was so nasty i couldn't understand how i ever got hooked in the first place. so gross once you quit

    im 16 and i go 2 packs of camel reds a day :(
    so much money, and i tried going lights but i couldnt make it through a day of school without throwing up. and nicotine gum didnt work for me..
    any suggestions from the guys that quit??
    i spent more money on tobacco than my own truck.

    I have no advice, as I've never smoked, but you're killing yourself with each one. There has to be some motivation in that knowledge.
